House project delayed

House project got delayed at least by another 3 months! Thank god for this as we certainly need that time to recover and set quite a few things right. As per norm this divine intervention is needed to give us proper perspective. Happy overall:)

Challenge

Biggest challenge in my life again!! Building loan ended in pickle with under valuation of home. My job in pickle and not sure if I will be made reduntant in December this year. Job hunt in pickle as not many jobs out there this season. I wish there was a christmas season sale for jobs as well!! Over all uncertain but high adrenalin and BP times ahead:))

Bhoomi pooja

Performing bhoomi pooja in Melbourne weather has been a challenge but was happy it happened on Vijaya Dasami. Can't ask for more :)

Cant wait to start building

War mongerers

Sometimes I think weapon manufacturers in US determine when they go to war and how frequent and drawn out those wars should be. Can't understand why Obama decides to go to war with Syria. What good does shedding more blood do? 

Homebased work

This is bloody tough work!! How can you sit at home and work?

Comfort zone

When will people realise that living in comfort zone will ultimately make them lazy and the kill them. Exert yourselves folks!! It will be a bloody shame if you don't.

Tragedy nation

People are corrupt and fight corruption.

People are violent and fight against violence.

People commit atrocities against women and campaign against atrocities against women.

People are intolerant amogst gazillion castes and religions in the country and then campaign against racism in some nation where there is more dignity for human race.

People flock to innumerable shrines in india to pray but then commit god forbidden crimes.

People give millions to lord venkateswara but not never charitable towards those less fortunate.

People pray numerous goddesses with piety but the kill their own female child.

People say athithi devo bhava but then harrass and rape foreign tourists.

This is a nation of saddest contradictions and indeed saddest nation- India.

House colour selection- can there be a more harder job??

Caesar stone at the bottom (Big block), roof tile (dark at the top) followed by gutter and facia colour (beige), garage door (wood grain), brick (greythorn), Cabinetry (wood grain)- kitchen, laundry and bathrooms, window frames (beige), floor tile ( travertine), laundry bench top (polytec melamine similar to caesarstone look), Kickboards (polytec offwhite), last but not least bath room and ensuite wall tiles- metallic dark. In the picture at the bottom the coloured concrete is the round piece.

Independence day!

Happy independence day everyone.. Hope we truly get the idependence that Gandhiji hoped for!! Independent India need to be free of oppression against women and weak, free of corruption, free of idolatry and religious chauvinism.

Daily news

How much influence does daily news has on your psyche? Constant negative picture shown by media in India is really getting to my head. Are Indians fast becoming morally depraved and corrupt? I certainly think our people are fast becoming slaves of all seven deadly sins. God save us now!

Sometimes I wish I have a personal coach to kick my butt everytime I slack off in life!! Staying motivated- a task in need of finesse and I am lacking that:(

Aus Politics

Kevin Rudd's back- everything's back to where it should be. Can he keep Abbott at bay? We need better economic leadership. We need better Unis for better innovation. We need a strong alternative to Mining money now that China's growth slowing down. Over all we need a leader not a popularity groveller!!

Sexist attacks on PM!

Can't believe these sexist attacks on Prime Minister, Julia Gillard! I may not agree with her policies but attack her personally is Chauvinism at its best!! She should win this election again just to silence these chauvinists. Development can stop until we inculcate some manners in our politicians.

Piece of dirt for me!!

Bank's bought me a piece of land yesterday! Next it will build me a home. Livorno in Frome Court will look fantastic I am sure! Will keep you posted on the Saga.

Rebirth of a nation

Its not the law and lawmakers- its you and me!!

It will be better if there is fundamental change in the ethos of the community. Women are not a commodity. Don't understand how a country like ours which always act self righteous on world platform can treat our own Women with impunity. Its not the law and law makers who we need to protest against. Its people. We need to change. Time for introspection folks.
